Your order is packed and released as soon as you place your order with us, since preparations are already underway in packaging your order to meet all contemporary safety and quality standards.
If your order contains tea products falling under the categories of both Fast Dispatch and Regular Shipping, your order will be processed under Regular Shipping and will be dispatched from Euro Asia Teas within 14 working days after placing the order.
Your order payments are confirmed on-screen as well as by an order confirmation email. Leave a few minutes after payment and check your inbox and spam folder for your order confirmation. If you encounter any error message on-screen or did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us at email@example.com before attempting a new order.
If you have already placed multiple orders and wish to cancel, please contact us.

Orders can be shipped to a different address other than your billing address at the time of order. However if you wish to change the shipping address after placing the order, please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org before 2 days have passed since the order placement.
If the order has already been shipped, we will request our shipping partner to re-route it to your new address. Any additional charges involved will not be borne by Euro Asia Teas.
The prices offered online are inclusive of shipping charges; however local duty/taxes imposed by the customs office will not be borne by Euro Asia Teas.

We offer bundled units of multiple packs that are optimised for economical shipping. Smaller quantities would result in a higher price per pack.

Payments may fail due to many reasons and the following are the most common:
When you pay for your order, the information is directly typed on to the bank’s (payment gateway) secure websites; we do not receive or retain your payment or credit card information on our website.
Your order confirmation contains all the necessary information for an invoice. However if you require a special invoice for reimbursement or documentation purposes please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Each of the countries we ship to, has their own regulatory laws in place. Therefore, they may levy certain taxes on your purchase, and it is your responsibility to check on these prior to placing your order, as local duty/taxes imposed by the customs office will not be borne by Euro Asia Teas.
We ship your complete order under a single airway bill unless notified prior. However a single airway bill could contain multiple boxes which may be delivered in part by the courier.
Orders may be cancelled by notice to email@example.com up to 2 days from the date of order placement, and if the parcel is not already in transit.
We accept payments via Visa, Master, American Express credit cards and Paypal. Payments via any money transfer services such as Western Union or TT are discouraged due to high overhead costs for transferring small amounts of funds.
We make sure that items are packed securely with necessary padding and support. However we have noticed that some boxes have been opened by local customs for inspection and have been damaged in the process.
Our courier partners are trustworthy, hence when they deliver your package to your door-step they will request for a signatory to sign and claim the parcel. If however there is no such possibility, you can also request that the package be left outside although doing so will be entirely at your own risk.
If you receive any items that are damaged please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org a few pictures of the damage before 14 days of delivery so that we could request the courier for compensation.
